I have bought and sold several homes throughout my life and Pam has BY FAR exceeded every realtor I've ever used. She understands every facet of selling and buying a home. The home sold for over $70,000 than asking price. This is largely due to Pam knowing how to appropriately price a home. The beauty about Pam is that she isn't finished at that point. She sifts through each and every offer with clients in order to dig through them and help the seller choose the best one. Pam will no doubt be my only choice the next time I buy and sell a home!

We found Pam almost two years ago when we first chose Forsyth County as our new future place to live. Knowing we were not purchasing for another year, she still took the time to showed us neighborhoods so we can get a feel for the area.
